Make it Right - Leviticus 6:1-5 [1] And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
[2] If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour;
[3] Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein:
[4] Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found,
[5] Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering.

INTRODUCTION
When a man gets right with the Lord he should likewise look for opportunities to make things right with his fellow man. If he stole, he should look for an opportunity to restore that which he stole. If he lied, he should go back and tell the truth. If he hurt someone, he should apologize for any harm he caused. This should be the natural overflow of a man’s heart when he realizes he has done wrong. Perhaps the greatest example of this truth occurred in the life of Zacchaeus. When he met the Lord, he declared, "Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold" (Luke 19:8And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

- (For smaller children) Samuel challenged the people to examine his life and if he had done anything wrong to them, he'd make things right (1 Samuel 12:2-5 [2] And now, behold, the king walketh before you: and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons are with you: and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.
[3] Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
[4] And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man's hand.

See All...). - Have you stolen? Have you lied? Have you hurt someone wrongfully? What should you do in an effort to make it right? Are you willing to do what needs to be done?
- Failure to make things right could hinder your walk and effectiveness for Christ. Are you willing to let your pride keep you from doing what is right?

- Ask God to show you opportunities to make things right.
- Ask the Lord to keep your pride from hindering you.
